Conscious Connected Breathwork Session
Conscious Connected Breathwork uses a simple, continuous breathing pattern, with no pause between the in-breath and the out-breath. So much of daily life is spent in our heads, holding feelings at bay to get on with things. This way of breathing helps you slow down, drop back into your body, and give yourself space to feel. You lie down or sit, get comfortable, and breathe to music, guided throughout. You stay present and aware the whole time, and whatever rises up, you're supported with it. No experience is needed, and you go at your own pace.
