Vinyasa flow yoga with Natasha
Fridays – 6:15pm to 7:15pm
These classes will help you improve both strength and flexibility, while encouraging you to focus on the connection between your breath and movement as you flow from one pose to the next. All levels of experience are welcome, and modifications will be offered so you can tailor the practice to suit your body and level of experience. Benefits include improved cardiovascular and respiratory health, increased immunity, improved mood, lower levels of stress, better sleep and reduced risk of injury.
