At Belmont Park Hut

Mondays and Thursdays, 10.30-11.30am at Belmont Hut.

Qigong consists of exercises designed to relax the body, reduce stress, improve breathing and enhance coordination which can in turn improve balance. No previous experience of Qigong is needed.

Our sessions are led by Joe Salmon from Tai Chi Nation. We follow each session with a short social cafe which anyone is welcome to stay for if you have time.

The classes will not happen on a bank holiday and please check if they are running in school holidays before turning up.

First taster session is free and £6 thereafter (plus 50p if you stay for a short cafe afterwards)
