Mondays and Thursdays 10.30-11.30am

Qigong is a gentle form of meditative exercise originating in China. The class is suitable for all ages and abilities. Qigong, like Tai Chi, has well documented health benefits and can improve relaxation, balance, coordination, strength, circulation and breathing.

The class is taught by Joe Salmon, director of Tai Chi Nation CIC. Joe has been practicing both Tai Chi and Qigong for more than twenty five years.

Beginners are welcome.
The class costs £6 a session.
