Womens Circle

A space to slow down, to breathe, to feel, to move, to share, to be witnessed, to be held.
Each month we will be working with a different theme. Expect various rituals & practices to nourish your nervous system - including meditation, breath work, embodied movement, oracle cards, herbal teas & treats, journalling, reflection & sharing.

All are welcome.   The circle follows the Friday evening yoga session - you are very welcome to attend both or just come along to the circle.
