Postnatal Yoga for Mums (babies welcome)

Thursdays 9.30 - 10.30am
Come and join a friendly group of new mums (and babies are welcome too) for a yoga class tailored to postnatal bodies & minds. 
 
We will focus on: 
  • Physical recovery after birth (including pelvic floor engagement and pelvic alignment). 
  • Gradual strengthening of key muscle groups to encourage healthy, functional movement and flexibility. 
  • Emotional support through relaxation and meditation techniques.
  • Providing a safe space for you to be with your body (and your baby) and connect with other mums.
 
The classes are suitable from 8-10 weeks postpartum (as long as you have been passed by your GP to resume exercise), generally up until your baby is toddling (it just gets a bit tricky to focus on yourself when little ones are on the move!); you are welcome to come as long as you consider yourself 'postnatal'. They will be mum-focussed sessions, but babies are welcome and will enjoy the experience too! 
 
£10 per single session
£45 for a 5 class pass
