Booking Form

Please use the form below to book the rooms in our centre for hire. Our modern rooms are bright and spacious and we have a kitchen that can be booked for an extra fee.

To make a Booking

1. View the calendar below to check for availability.  Make sure you use the drop down menu to select the room you want to view
2. Once you have found suitable date(s) and times then please complete the online booking form on this page.
3. Please ensure you have included the time you need to set up and pack down for your class.
4. If you wish to access the kitchen this will need to be included in your booking request
5. Bookings will not be accepted without a fully completed booking form
6. We request a minimum of 5 full days before the slot you’re interested in. Emails are not checked in the evenings or weekend.  Demand is high, so please expect to book much further ahead
7. A booking form acts as an initial inquiry only.  It does not guarantee or secure the date.  Once your booking form is received you will be sent an email from the bookings team containing our booking terms which you will need to read and respond to.  If you do not receive this email please check your junk mail.  
8. Bookings are on a first come first served basis and we often have more than one customer interested in the same date so it's important you reply as soon as possible to continue with your booking
9. On receipt of your agreement to these terms you will be sent an invoice
10. Once full payment is made your booking will then be secure
11. Please add the email address bookings@newtowncommunity.org.uk to your safe list so you can receive further correspondence about your booking
12. By submitting a booking form you agree that you have read, understood and agree to the Hire Policy and that you will adhere to the Hirer Rules. Please take a moment to read these documents
