We are a meditation class for Samatha (stilling the mind) meditation from the Buddhist tradition.
There is no requirement to be a buddhist, and we welcome all denominations and none. Beginners are welcome. We concentrate on the practice. We discuss how to support our meditations and have a meditation together each week. We use awareness of breathing to calm the mind.
Sunday 4.30pm-6.30pm weekly from Sunday 23rd May.
