Body Conditioning – 9.30-9.45am £5

The class will involve a light cardio workout to music to get the heart rate up and burn some calories, the second half of the class will involve strengthening and toning exercises to music. A fun class for all levels, beginners welcome.

 

Pilates – 10.30-11.25am £6   

The class will involve mat Pilates exercises, based on the classic Pilates repertoire.

Focusing on spine and joint mobility, core strength and joint stability.

This class is suitable for beginners and people who have more experience with Pilates.

18th & 25th May £5 conditioning £6 Pilates or £10 for both

8th June – 13th July block booking 6 weeks £30 For Conditioning £36 for Pilates or 60 for both classes.
