Walking Circuits – 9.30am

A light exercise class. Suitable for seniors or people who are new to exercise or with medical conditions. We do exercises for the whole body for strength and conditioning. We can modify exercises for people who have injuries or medical conditions.

 

Pilates – 10.30am

Suitable for all levels, beginners welcome.

Core strength and toning with mobility exercises for the whole body. with focus on breathing and control. It is a mat work class and we will use some small equipment such as pilates balls and bands.
